THE OASIS — PATHWAYS PRODUCTION
Audition information and application
Presented by OVERTURE THEATRICALS as part of its PATHWAYS program.
About the musical
THE OASIS is a supernatural comedy musical by Bradley McCaw, featuring an ’80s pop/rock score.
A group of disconnected teenagers stumble upon a magical Oasis on their school grounds. Its mysterious influence sparks positive change in each of them, drawing them into an investigation of the supernatural force growing inside the cave. Each student must confront their past and decide whether to stand and fight for something they believe in.
Building on the success of the 2026 ANY MOMENT Pathways Production, this workshop production offers Brisbane performers the opportunity to help shape an original Australian musical through a collaborative development process.
